After your application is approved, if you desire a notable playby please list it hereon the face claim list, so that others do not accidentally try to use the same face you're using. Failure to do so will void your face claim should someone else try to use that play-by, and you will lose the right to that playby. Please use the form below and post as a reply to this thread.
