The Progenitor was a marvel of engineering, its worth far greater than the mere credits Orlan has exchanged for it. It was not the advanced weapon systems that made it worth such, although they were complicated and many, nor was it the powerful shield generators or hyperdrive engines. The hangar bays filled with squadrons of fighters and the cargo bays filled with various tanks were just icing on the cake. What truly made the ship so valuable, in Orlan's eyes, was its uniqueness. There was no other ship in the galaxy like the Progenitor, and with it he was stepping away from all of those who had come before him. No longer were Orlan's feet following paths that have been explored by other Sith before him. Now, he paved his own path.

From the command deck of the Progenitor, he watched as the crew fulfilled various duties. The main engines were operating at twenty five percent capacity and holding stable. The weapons and targeting systems were offline, but ready at a moments notice. The ship was currently cycling between shield generators to allow each of them time to warm up and cool down to be monitored for any problems. His ship was perfect. It was a glorious achievement, and one he had spent many years cultivating, and yet here at its culmination it felt hollow. In this ship he had gathered for himself the greatest electronic marvels the universe had to offer, and then it had shown him something far greater. His triumph would not be complete without her there.

Just as the Force made the very idea of warfare insignificant, so too did she diminish the ship. Compared to the complexity that was her, the ship was merely a vast vat of durasteel and wealth drifting through space. The moments he had shared with her were so bright that this dull ship barely registered any more. Even now, sitting upon the bridge, his thoughts were more on her than the task at hand. They had arranged to meet here out in the vastness of space, and each moment without her seemed to drag on and on.

Come to me, my precious one. Come to me.

Her heart was racing with anticipation. In recent times the strange sensation of its beat against her rib cage would have frightened her but not now. Now she had purpose, now she had true focus because he has chosen her. The moments they had spent together had been precious and few but those few days provided lifetimes of experience the young Jedi. She knew in her heart the truth. Orlan was to punish the corrupt, weed out the decency from the universe as the Force destined him too. Yes, he had tools across the galaxies, many people he’d been forced to use as a means to his ends but out of all of them he’d picked her to be something more. Without words he had spoken to her. His heart had called out with need for her to be a pupil, a companion, a lover and faithful devotee. When he stumbled, she’d be there to help him to his feet. When threatened, she’d lay down her life to protect him so fierce now was her loyalty unto him.

They’d arranged to meet in the cold reaches of space. He’d given her the contacts but it was her new confidence that caused her to extend on them, to delve into the darkened underbelly of Coruscant and meet men in shady bars to arrange transport away from watchful Jedi eyes. It wasn’t that she hated the Jedi; she owned them a great deal for their patience and training over the years. However, they were an old order refusing to adapt to modern times. She understood perfectly why Orlan had to away so soon from her side, they Jedi would never have approved and she was a far too valued asset both to fulfil his destiny but to the man personally to risk losing.

Her hood sat low on her face, the pink line of her lips sitting in an expression of perfect indifference despite her heart beat kicking up a notch upon finally sighting the Progenitor. Masks had always been important to her, initially to hide her eyes from other species as the empty sockets disturbed them but now that mask extended to her entire personality. She was become adept at hiding her true feelings, motivations and personal opinions. She still had a long way to go, especially in the company of the other Jedi when at times she felt fit to burst with the urge to declare she’d fallen in love and it was a glorious thing indeed. It was tiring; she felt her mind slowly wearing down, missing Orlan’s guidance and affections. She wouldn’t tell him though, not in any of her communications. He had enough to worry about and she could continue being strong for him, however long it took.

Her lips parted slightly involuntarily as she breathed a sharp intake of breath, the mask slipping slightly. Oh, she could feel him. He was waiting on her. Was he as anxious as her to close the distance between them once more? Would their passion burn as fiercely as before? Had he missed her company? .... Did he still love her… She shook her head once to rid the later doubt and instead listened to the captain of her vessel communication briefly with the other ship before docking. She was always waiting at the hatch as the hydraulics hissed into place, protecting her from the vacuum of space. Her restless pacing stopped the moment the hatch started to swing open, she had arrived.

He felt her. Her presence called out to him across the cold reaches of the void, long before her ship arrived. He had called, and she had answered. He could sense the physical gulf between them diminishing with each moment he focused upon her presence. Soon he would be able to reach out to her with the Force, to speak to her, to pull himself physically across space to her ship if need be. He would not need to, of course. The Progenitor's advanced sensors registered no other ships in the desolate system, and the two squadrons of fighters that were now running their paces around the Progenitor would have been able to protect her ship from threats. But the mere capability of such mastery over the Force gave him a great sense of control. The nearer she drew to him, the safer he could keep her. He had already changed the path of his fighters before her ship had arrived, sending them to where he knew she would be to escort her ship in to one of the hangar bays. It came out of hyperspace suddenly, and he was so awash with her presence he could barely speak. He no longer needed to. She was there, he could feel her, and she him. The distance melted away to nothingness. The cold void filled with shimmering pin-pricks of light faded to nothingness. Even this far apart, it was as it they were one once more. He commanded the navigation officer to hold position, and called for the ship to be granted docking clearance, before making his way down towards the turbolifts that would take him to where her ship would be.

The trip was not a long one, and the moment he stepped from the lift into the hanger, her ship was slowly putting its weight onto its landing struts. He could sense the other sentient beings aboard the ship now, but they were completely insignificant to him. She was here. With a hiss of hydraulics, the gantry descended, and his eyes feasted upon her for what felt like the first time in an age. Like himself, she was dressed in comfortable robes, and although her hood hung low, it could not hide her face from him. His eyes pierced the shadows it cast as easily as they would the noonday sun. His eyes met hers, and he was upon her, his arms around her, his lips to hers. Words would come, in time, but for now he simply marveled at holding her in his arms once more.

Her vision swum, the world reeled beneath her feet. Had he picked her up or was this some new dizzying emotion? She didn't know. She didn't care. Her lips met her and she instantly melted into his embrace. Her tongue caressed his own as her hands explored his body, tasting once more of the silken texture against his skin on her own. Emotions: desire, longing, love - raw and crushing washed over her and roughly swept aside the loneliness and anxiety she’d been feeling since he’d departed. Oh, how could the Jedi deny themselves of these emotions? The force connected Orlan and herself in such a way that she had trouble distinguishing which were her thought and which were his, it was magical, it was perfect, and it was theirs.

After what felt like an eternity but also achingly mere seconds the contact broke, did he pull away or had she? Somehow her forehead ended up resting against his chest and she was breathing in his essence, delighting in every little movement and each breath he took. Her skin prickled as it brushed against his own, her body trembling faintly as she nuzzled his cheek, her own stained red faintly as she remembered the pleasure he’d introduced to her and the joy she’d felt having woken, embraced, at his side the next morning. She closed her eyes, smiling and found once she started she couldn't wipe it from her face. She thought perhaps she giggled, soft and happy, her arms wrapping about his neck. Words would ruin the moment but she hoping he’d not let the contact end but instead whisk her away somewhere private where they could be alone, together and whole once more and free to express themselves.

There were no words for this moment. Its beauty, its perfection, could not be summed up in something so basic as language. Time dilated. A kiss stretched on for an eternity, while his heart beat raced so fast. Her presence was ambrosia, intoxicating and delightful. Had he kissed her, or she kissed him? Purpose no longer mattered. Events that had happened just moments ago were lost in this haze of euphoria, reason and cause no longer had meaning. All that mattered was each other.

Her lips, her body, her scent. He cradled her to him, and he took her away. They were in his room, had they walked or had he bent space itself with the power of the Force? It didn't matter. Each touch was soft and tender as his hands explored her body. Sometimes with fingers, and sometimes with the Force, he slowly eased her clothing from her gorgeous form. The last time he had seen her without the trappings of the Jedi order on her body seemed like an eon ago, and his eyes craved to feast on her beauty once more.

Always the moments she spent with Orlan were new, exhilarating and full of forbidden promises. This moment was no different, hidden away in his private quarters, quiet and still with nothing to distracted them from basking in each other. There first time spent together had been an overwhelming rush of sensation and experience, he’d shown her how touch another being so intimately that separating thereafter caused a constant heartache. It also instilled a firm knowledge in her that if she were to deny her feelings as the Jedi continued to affirm that her power would weaken. Orlan made her strong, their affection for one another bound them together and allowed their access to the Force grow from it.

Oh, how delicious it was to be with him now. To writhe with him on silken sheets, to smell his scent on her skin and their tongues danced together in a slow, passionate rhythm which matched beat with their bodies. They held one another close, naked and rocking with increasing breath and pace. Each sigh that he skilfully elicited from her lips felt like fresh breath from the Force being delivered to her lungs, awakening her senses and passions long held prisoner inside. She was ravenous and rapidly becoming aware of a new power he’d quite accidentally introduced her too; the power of seduction. She secretly delighted in each soft uttering of pleasure he gave under her hands, thrilled and oddly empowered that she was the one that had able to cause it. She grew bolder, her fingers exploring his flesh freely, her mind reaching out with the Force to intermingle with his own until neither could separate their power form one another. Later, she’d reflect that it was in that night she discovered how to obtain ultimate control over another, an useful tool and awakening a thirst for something darker in her nature began to take hold.

For those few precious hours they shared though, nothing so sinister tainted their time. She gave and shared in his passion in a way she never could in the temple. Her voice called out his name in pleasures many times, becoming hoarse and ever ragged in their growing, all-consuming love. He pushed her and she welcomed the demands, her body opening up to his in flexible positions and enthusiasm to learn. His body was lean, impeccably speculated to her eyes and also somehow fit hers perfectly in every way. In the morning he might find small scratched in his back and arms form her nails where she gripped as she spiralled off the edge of carnal delight. She became hopelessly devoted to him, sure their spirits had joined and vowing as dawn closed in her and her body finally gave way to sleep to forever be bound to him. Her head lay lightly on his arm, her hair beautifully tangled against his skin as she slept soundlessly, dreaming of what their future together might hold.

She was his, and he was hers. They gave and received much of each other in that night, soft sighs growing into moans which in turn grew into profane shouts of ecstasy. They became as one, able to know what the other was thinking, do what the other wished, sense and share each others happiness and pleasure. The universe fell away, and it was just them and the Force. He did not no how long they kept each other suspended in the web of pleasure, but in the end they had collapsed together, satisfied and exhausted, cradled in each others arms. They had spoken then, but Orlan could not remember what either of them had said. Time lost all meaning. Their conversation seemed to happen in moments that carried the weight of hours. Sleep had crept up on them unnoticed and overtook them without a struggle.

The dream was the same, but different. She was there, this time. Was she a figment of the dream, or was it actually her? He could not tell, and knew he would not know until they had both woken. The surface of the planet that they stood upon was dust and dirt, as far as the eye could see. Featureless. Barren. A dead world. And in the distance, a flying creature, slowly drawing closer. The Star Dragon was massive, easily the size of a Krayt Dragon, but there was no menace to it. Orlan kept himself between it and her as it flew lazy circles around them, and as it did, it spoke within their minds. There was a great danger, and it needed Orlan to return. In the distance, a dark stain hung on the sky, a massive storm that would batter the barren planet. Orlan cradled her to him to protect her, gathering the Force around him and ending the dream.

When she woke, she would find him already sitting up. While Orlan was used to his former teacher contacting him through dreams, there were differences in this dream that made him uncomfortable, and a sense of unease rested upon him. The Star Dragon that had been his mentor for many years was not old by its races standards, and would no doubt be able to fend of any dangers without him. Why then was it calling upon Orlan? And why had the Force allowed Lilith to become entangled in this? He was not sure she was ready to meet the little group that he had once been a member of, but it was beginning to look like the decision was being taken from him.

His eyes roamed to her, watching her sleeping form, and a gentle smile crossed his lips. She would be ready, if she needed to be, and he would protect her. His hand softly brushed her hair back from her face tenderly. He would destroy anything that dared to try and harm her now, and the Force be merciful to his former Master if his call placed Lilith in danger, for Orlan would find a way to destroy him as well.

Lilith knew she was dreaming but that knowledge didn't stop a little, apprehensive shiver cross her gaze settled on the flying mass approaching on the horizon. Her brow creased momentarily but as it glided majestically closer she was at least able to recognise the species, if not its intent. Although she’d never seen one with her own sight, Lilith knew it to be Duinuogwuin, a star dragon. She’d learnt of them during her padawan training, her old Master was fond of some of the teachings from Willm Lywin, who guarded one of the praxeum ships. Though it came to circle them lazily, Lilith was unconcerned as Orlan was by her side and even before the great beast spoke she somehow knew it had come for him. Without meaning too she realised she’d strayed into a line of communication meant for his ears alone and though it didn't appear to hazard to keep its voice from touching her mind as well she let her gaze strayed to the growing stain on the horizon and she tried to fathom its meaning out of respect. She did glance at it once more, instinctively as it called Orlan apparently back to its side but it either did not notice or care. Before anything else could be said or done Orlan was pulling her away, trying to protect her from the vision and lull her once more into a peaceful unconscious state of sleep.

Orlan was already awake and sitting, most likely pondering the dream himself, when Lilith finally roused from her slumber. A small part of her resented that they’d been interrupted and once more she’d been somewhat robbed of the opportunity to wake and lazily start the day by his side. However, this was eclipsed by her growing concern for the man she loved. She’d come to know him and whilst others might not notice she saw the subtle differences in his body language, the faint trace of a frown as he clearly rolled something uneasy about his mind. She continued to lay still and quiet watching him, using the moment to let herself savour the sight of him freshly woken and almost… vulnerable.

It wasn't long though before her fingers reached out and stroked the back of his hand, comforting him the best she could without complicating his world more with her questions and own concerns. As far as she was concerned there was no other alternative, she’d follow him anywhere. Answers could be sought on the way or if he needed, not at all, she’d be there for him. She offered him a flicker of a smile and then she slipped from the bed and started to dress. Her voice was soft as she addressed him finally, “I better go practice my lightsabre forms.” She offered him a smile as she knelt before him, taking his hands into her own and kissing the palms lightly spoke again, “ Well need to be ready for wherever we’re going.” She leant and kissed his lips softly hoping somehow she had been able to mitigate whatever worries he was having. “ Be my date for lunch though?”

The touch of her skin on his own banished his concerns as if by magic. His eyes turned, losing their distant look, to settle upon her. He could feel her concern and trepidation, and did not like that he was the cause. Nothing should spoil her, especially not him. His lips curled into a little smile as she knelt before him, placing her kisses first upon his hands, and then his lips. He could never doubt the fact that they belonged together, and in the thirty odd hours it would take the Progenitor to reach the distant Outer Rim world that the Duinuogwuin called home, he would explain to her more than any other living being had ever learned.

He leaned forward slowly, his lips meeting hers once more. He could lose himself in her, in fact he planned on doing so a little later, but there were things he would need to attend to first. "Go ahead. I will be along shortly." All trace of concern was gone from him as he straightened. With her by his side, he felt invincible. Let come whatever may. They would face it together. "Courses to set, orders to give. You know." By the time he was making way for the exit, his stride had returned to his usual light step. It was going to be a long trip, but he had all the resources he needed to make it very comfortable, and a wonderful woman to share that comfort with. Why not make the best of it?

He felt quite at home on the bridge of his new ship, and why shouldn't he? He had once purchased a whole moon for less than this had cost him, making it his most expensive home thus far. Its unique design added an appeal above and beyond the cost and the immense power. His crew were all unwavering in their loyalty to him, deferring to him and showing him all the respect he deserved. Yes, he and Lilith would enjoy this trip, he would make sure of that. He gave his orders quickly and concisely, and stood on the bridge a moment longer, partly to watch the stars blur as the ship began to direct itself, and partly to think. It had been over six years since he had last seen the ancient star dragon face to face. Both of them seemed to prefer contact only through the Force. Why would it call upon him now, he wondered. What secret had it uncovered that it could not keep to itself?

A smile grew over his lips as the ship launched to hyperspace. He did not have the answers, but discovering them would be half the fun. He turned to leave the bridge. It was time to find Lilith, and enjoy watching her lithe and agile body in training.

Her training in the temple had always felt somewhat of a chore but here on this ship Lilith felt free to enjoy herself, to loose herself in the momentum of her lightsabre as it hummed and whizzed about her body gracefully without the pressure of the Jedi Order to remain composed. Naturally control in battle was invariably a necessity but now she could throw the weight of her emotions behind her momentum and somehow even the idea of it seemed to loosen her movements, made the weapon arc with a fluidity she’d been able to attain before.

She didn't wear the same robes she arrived in, instead preferring a white top which hugged her slim waist and youthful breasts. Her pants were brown, earthen tones which clung to her shapely rear and long legs. The whole outfit was comfortable, easy to move in but also an unconscious attempt to emphasize her attributes for her lover. Her eyes were covered with a matching white veil and her feet were bare as she realised earlier she quite liked the touch of the cool floor on the soles of her feet.

A smile flicked across her lips as she felt the ship launch into hyperspace, she knew Orlan would be feeling more relaxed now he was heading towards the mysterious dragon from the dream. She also knew that somehow that she’d be required to be ready at a moment’s notice, she didn't want Orlan feeling responsible for her safety, she might be young but after all she was still a Jedi. Ataru was her chosen form and it paired excellent with her long hefted sabre, she’d always been a natural with the weapon and often the Master had said if she continued her training. As the force guided her movements as she idly wondered what Orlan might teach her, how he could extend on her training now after he’d shown her so much already.

She breathed slowly, exhaling and inhaling as her body moved fluidly through each form as she strived for perfection in each movement. Her vision did not extend far around her own body; the outer fringes of the room remained blurred to her Miralukan sight. Her mind drifted instead of focusing on the moment and there was a content smile playing on her lips as she recalled Orlan’s face.

He let his eyes roam her, and as always, he enjoyed what he saw. Her beauty extended far beyond what just his eyes perceived, and into what he felt through the Force. He had thought that it was the temptation of innocence that had drawn him to the naive little Jedi, but there was so much more to their relationship than that. They belonged together, he could sense that now, and hoped she could as well. Nothing would draw her from his side ever again.

He stepped into the room slowly, slipping his jacket from his body slowly. He skin smooth and perfect, muscles taut and well defined. Although he lived in the lap of luxury, Orlan clearly maintained his body as well as any of the financial dealings that had allowed him to accumulate his impressive wealth. His lightsaber fit his hand perfectly, and he cradled the hilt, not engaging it yet. The previous time he and Lilith had sparred had been brief, and yet even now as he watched her he could see she had learned. Consciously or not, her body followed through with the advice he had given her that night. If her former Masters could have seen her now they would see a very different young woman indeed.

"We are heading to Kalist VI," he informed her calmly. He had kept her waiting long enough, it was time for them to discuss what is was that happened to them both last night. "A powerful Duinuogwuin awaits us there. His name is Shalyx'har'zan, and he was my first Master, among many." His finger softly pressed the activation button on his lightsaber, and he closed his eyes as the blade hissed to life. Now he would see if Lilith could focus on more than one thing at a time, a tait that would be essential for her in the coming years.

Lilith pivoted on the balls of her feet and faced the door. Her expression registered with surprise for a mere moment, Orlan always managed to surprise her. Firstly, she hadn't realised she’d fallen so deeply into her own thoughts and movements that she’d never heard him come into the room. Secondly, he always managed to take her breath away. No matter what the situation he always held himself in a dignified manner, was always poised and in control. Even now when his hair was slightly tussled from sleep, his eyes glowing with intensity he was an Adonis, a true master of his surroundings. Next to him, she felt like a scruffy commoner who’d had no right to gaze upon him let alone be in a meaningful relationship. For several long moments Lilith stayed silent, so struck by him that at first she didn't register he’d spoken to her at all. A blush crept into her cheeks as she shook her head once, lowering her lightsaber to her side and then nodded finally, “very well.”

Her blade remained activated but she rested the hilt lightly against the back of her leg, feeling more grounded then before. The touch of it kept her firmly planted in the moment and she let her gaze stray to his own activated sabre. The Jedi had taught to be mindful of the moment, to be free of distractions and she was beginning to wish she’d paid more attention to their wisdom when she had the chance. There was something about Orlan which made him utterly hypnotic; his smile, his words, his arrogance - there attraction was strong, blindingly so at times and she knew she’d have to learn to rise above it, if for no other reason than to remain interesting to the man she loved.

She breathed deeply and tilted her head to one side. Did he feel the same when he looked at her? Did he want to vault across the room as she did and steal another kiss, another embrace? Did he want to curl into her side and speak for hours on all sorts of things? Did her presence stop time, stop all other meaning for him? She swallowed thickly, suddenly struck by a fear and moved, taking a firmer stance as her gaze moved to his face once more. It wouldn't be enough to dedicate herself to him entirely, she’d need to learn, to grow to keep him interested in her and perhaps if she was honest her in him. She inclined her head, letting him know she was ready and commented lightly. “I assume this has something to do with the dream last night? Was I meant to be privy to it or am I excess baggage?” Her tone dropped, sadden slightly, "I don't want to be what's holding you back..."

In the instant her tone dropped, he knew her guard had as well. Light on his feet like a dancer, he was across the room far faster than any normal man could be. His lightsaber deactivated, his left hand capturing the blade of her lightsaber in its grip. There was a hiss and groan of energy as he contained the destructive power of her weapon with the Force. His free hand grasped her hair firmly, tugging her head towards him and his lips met hers. The kiss was quick and fierce, and ended with him biting her bottom lip before pulling away. His hand released her weapon, and he was leaping back to where he started, all in the blink of an eye.

"If you do not want to be, make sure you are not." The words were harsh, but the tone was soft and affectionate. "You have never held me back, Lilith, and I do not plan on letting you begin." He deactivated his lightsaber, although his stance maintained the air of menace in the room, letting her know that the sparring was not yet over, and he was simply waiting for her next move.

"The Force lets us be alive in so many more ways than the poor, miserable beings that cannot feel its flow as we do. We can be a part of each other in ways more intimate than they will ever conceive. And the key is to not block that away. Hold onto it. Enfold yourself in it. I gain strength not only for the passion I have for you, but from the faith and love you have in me, and when you learn to attune yourself to these feelings, you will find your own strength far greater than you could imagine."

The Force rippled in the room, contorted by the strange powers taught to him by the Aing-Tii monks, and he was standing behind her once more, saber coming to life with violent hiss as he raced in towards her.

He took advantage of her weakness, not from spite but to teach. Lilith felt her body come alive when he was near, his touch blinded her to everything else and that simply wouldn't’t do for either of them.  A mere moment ago she was resolved to rise above this drowning sensation but now she groaned under her breath, sucking on her bottom lip unconsciously to savor his taste. How could she overcome this challenge? He was like fire and ice, impossible to ignore and only grew more tantalizing the more time they spent together. She’s spent years meditating, learning how to control her impulses and desires but with a few simple words it seemed Orlan was able to unravel those experiences and left her a mere novice.

She spoke none of this inner turmoil out aloud but somehow she knew her frustration would be clearly evident as she lowered her chin, squaring off her stance again. Never before had her young mind been such a swirling vortex of emotion and longing, she wanted to be in charge of the moment, desperately needed some semblance of control in their relationship, in herself in order to continue. Her fingers curled around the handle of her blade, ready to begin the dance all over again, to continue to battle through the fog until he’d gotten what he wanted from her.

Then, there it was. Something passed through her, something that was been quietly bubbling away in the back of her mind ever since they first met. A need that had been growing, an awakened maturity of mind that was busy letting go the last remnants of her innocence. She had been fighting it, frightened within the confines of the Jedi Temple but here in the blackness of space her mind screamed its demands with impunity. Why was she so focused on what he wanted? Yes, she wanted to please him but didn't she deserve to speak of her own desires, in all the place in the universe was this not the one place she was free to express them. Love?  Yes. Power to protect? Yes. Sex? Yes.

She surrendered herself. To the Force or simply her own feelings, she never was certain but she allowed the sensation to spread, wanton fire to her limbs, to control her actions as wholly and completely as she had allowed Orlan the nights they’d spent together. She spun faster than she could ever remember moving, yet somehow to her veiled sight it all seemed to happen in slow motion. She felt rather then saw that she’d dropped to one knee, the handle of the saber moving to intercept and buckle Orlan’s knee. She felt the motion of his movements and used to her advantage, somehow in the blur they ended up with her ending sitting astride him her breathing ragged and shocked.

This was her moment, “I do not plan on beginning either…” Her lips curled into the faintest of smiles, a kind of pride bloomed in her breast, sweat on her brow from the exertions from the strange, bold experience. Sitting astride of him she felt more powerful, her hips moved with the life of their own to caress him through their clothing and that simple gesture too gave her strength – alluded to the greater source which Orlan had spoken so sagely about. “I will be ready for anything, I’d die for you but I won’t let it come because I owe it to you to be strong. I am combat ready, Orlan, and in truth I’d much rather be practicing more intimate with you. I would devour you if I could.”

She licked her lips again, her words and the intensity she spoke them with catching her off guard. She eased herself off of him, shaken but with a flick of her wrist the lightsaber  activated with a hiss and she stood ready once more, knowing she needed to continue to taste the dark side to get used to it. “But, we’ll have it your way… for now.”

He was impressed, she was learning quickly. Her sharp mind was one of the things about her that really drew Orlan's attention, and when she showed how quickly she could pick up the secrets he had to teach, it thrilled him to no end. His lightsaber deactivated quickly, and he came at her once more. No practice battle, no weapons, no tricks. Now it was him, her, and the need for each other they shared. He could lose himself in her forever, and he intended to. His voice was filled with sweet nothings, his touches soft and loving. There was no more contest here, now it was both surrendering to the feelings, leaving the realm of sense behind, and diving head first into the senses. This was exactly the kind of thing the Jedi feared, and he was glad that they had not managed to poison Lilith into sharing that fear.

"Our way," he whispered into her ear, just before letting himself be carried away by the flames of his desire. The trek no longer mattered, the ship no longer mattered, all that mattered was her and her heart, beating along in perfect harmony with his own.
